  1. Who can benefit from the free activities? 
    Any person who pay an accommodation (hotel, camping, rental, holiday apartments, hostel, bed and breakfast, vacation center) in the valley of Chamonix (Servoz, Les Houches, Chamonix, Argentière, Vallorcine) between the 13th of July to the 28th of August 2020.
    These activities are possible from Monday to Friday, subject to availability. 

  2. How can I book these activities?
    If you stay in a camping, residence, hotel or hostel, you can book your activities before your arrival or when you arrive directly with your host. If you are renting an apartment or house, you can book your activities when you arrive at the Tourism Office with your guest card given by your host. For the renting of apartments or houses made via our booking center, you can book your activities ahead by contacting our booking center.

  3. From what age can my child do the activities? 
    The minimum age for each activity is specified on the brochure (downloadable here) and on the page of each activity on our website. With the youngest, you can enjoy the amusement park in Les Planards, the pony rides in Vallorcine, the Accro park and the treasure hunt.

  4. Can members of a same family do different activities?
    No, you can only book one activity per day and per family.

  5. What do I do if I need to cancel my stay or my activity?
    In order to cancel your activity, you can contact our booking center by phone at +33(0)4 50 53 99 98 during the week or the Tourist Office by phone at +33(0)4 50 53 00 24 during the weekend. It is very important to cancel so that other families can enjoy the activity!

  6. What do I do if the weather is bad?
    Please contact directly the service provider to make sure the activity is still on. You will find their details on your booking confirmation. If the service provider decides to cancel the activity, he will contact you directly.

  7. How can I get the guest card if I’m renting an apartment or a house?
    Please ask directly the owner of the apartment or house you’re renting. If he can’t give the guest card, you can come directly to the Tourism Office with your lease agreement or booking confirmation.
