A wonderful Maison de Pays, beautifully restored and refurbished, a self-catered chalet in a class of its own. Built originally in 1924 the chalet is brilliantly located, just a 5 - 10 minute stroll to the centre of Chamonix.
DescriptionSituated in a quiet road there are wonderful views up to Mont Blanc, the Glacier des Bossons and across to Brévent on the other side of the valley.
A modern design within a traditional setting, the chalet is a delicious mixture of old and new. The interior is impressive, with the hand-made Ben Whistler furniture complementing the innovative design and open-plan layout - Contemporary Chamonix Chic.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen and living room, plus a boot room with boot warmers. On the lower ground floor there is a cosy snug with sofas, beanbags and a 130cm screen, there you can chill out with some DVDs. Next door is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Take a plunge in the new jacuzzi, which is in the garden with views of Mont Blanc.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, one double, two twin/doubles and 2 shower rooms. On the top floor is the master bedroom with double bed. There is an extra single bed in this room. There is a bathroom on this floor.

The price is for the chalet for 7 nights for up to 8 guests. There is a charge of 70 euros each for up to 2 extra guests. The price includes chalet rental, linen, towels, electricity, heating, standard final clean, representative service, use of hot tub, welcome food supplies and kitchen essentials.
