The library is located in a big place of 200m² divided in two floors (ground floor for adults and first floor for children). It is next to the school and Espace Olca.
DescriptionThe library has 12000 documents (7500 for the adults and 4500 for children) to which are added 900 books lent by the Savoie Library.
At the library, you'll find local books, a baby corner (0-3 years old). You are welcome throughout the year to discover the novelties, the exhibitions and the activities organised around different themes, and even meet authors.
The subscription gives access to all the libraries of the Valley of Chamonix: Servoz, Les Houches, Les pèlerins, Chamonix, Vallorcine.
You can borrow different documents such as books, magazines, CDs, audiobooks, games, video games, DVDs.
A weekly shuttle is organised to ensure the sharing of the books and documents between the different libraries of the valley.
You can borrow: 5 books (including one novelty), 5 CDs (including one novelty), 3 DVDs (including one novelty), 3 magazines, 3 games / video games / CD-ROM during 2 weeks.
