Resting at the foot of Mont-Blanc our skiing domaine has no equal…Skiing in Les Houches combines long descents through pine and larch forests within view of the spectacular peaks of the "Aiguilles de Chamonix".
Not surprisingly it is the location of regular international events and serves as the training ground for the French National Ski Team. By yourself or with the local ski schools, you will discover a varied choice of pistes for : downhill, cross-country, surf, telemark or ski-jumping. It’s all here !
To enjoy the different mountain activities such as off-piste, don’t hesitate to hire a mountain or trekking guide.
In Servoz you can walk through the mountains on a show-shoeing outing or discover the local heritage, visit the local hamlets or even stroll along the banks of the river Arve.

The piste Map of Les Houches (153Ko) : The domain of Les Houches extends from an altitude of 950m to 1900m. From the summit one has a spectacular 360° view of the Mont-Blanc massive. And with pistes meandering through the forests, you will discover the real pleasures of skiing.

This skipass is available only on the cable car of Bellevue, skilift Mont-Blanc, skilift Grand Bois, and chair lift Le Schuss for the snow park

Cross-country skiing

The cross country skiing in les Houches is free.
The village of les Houches prepares cross country skiing tracks by the lake of Chavants (2.8km). The lift companies prepares a 4.2 kilometer track up at the prarion plateau at 1800 meters.

ESF the French ski school proposes lessons in a group or alone with a instructor.

Most of the sport shops in les Houches rents out cross country ski equipment.

The resort possesses 3 ski jumps :

15, 30 et 50 m.
Ski jumping was the first sport practised by the Ski Club of Les Houches when it was founded in 1930.
